Hi,KyluZ i have been having the same problem expecially on so toyotas, Mercs and
nissan on the MaxiSys i have sent them datalogs of the same and they are looking at
the issues as we speak. Kindly if you can do a datalog with the vin, model,year and
they will be more than willing to have their technical team look at your issue. all the

 yes kairu is correct, also when filing complaint i have found that it works best contacting autel china, i have sent dozens of them and so far they have fixed most within a month, and sometimes within days, hope this helps you good day.
